Data Deletion Process

We respect your privacy and data autonomy. If you wish to stop using VERISTOCK PRO (developed by SM Technologies), read how data deletion works:

Method 1: In-App Self-Serve Deletion (Recommended)

This is the fastest way to clear your credentials. Inside the VERISTOCK PRO Android App:

  1. Open VERISTOCK PRO and click on Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the About App section.
  3. Click the Delete Account button.
  4. Confirm the prompt. This deletes your credentials and cloud authentication links immediately.

What gets deleted from the Cloud?

When you request account deletion, the following cloud data is permanently purged from our Google Cloud & Firebase infrastructure:

  • Firebase Authentication Profile: Your registered account credentials (name, email address, mobile number, and unique user UID) are permanently deleted.
  • Firestore Multi-Tenant Data & Memberships: Your user profile document, business tenant memberships, staff role assignments, and device session tokens are permanently erased from Firestore (users/{uid} and businesses/{bizId}/members/{uid}).
  • Cloud Session Sync Tokens: Active synchronization tokens, push notification keys, and cloud endpoints are revoked immediately.

What about local device data?

Because VERISTOCK PRO operates on a hybrid offline-first architecture with local SQLCipher 256-bit AES database encryption:

  • Local Database on Your Handset: Your private on-device database files reside only in the app's protected sandbox storage. To completely remove local data from your physical handset, simply uninstall the VERISTOCK PRO app from your Android device.
  • Manual Snapshot Exports: Any exported CSV spreadsheets or manual database backups saved to external storage or Google Drive remain under your direct personal control.

Retention Period & Processing Window

  • In-App Deletion: Instantly deleted. Doing this via Settings immediately purges your cloud account profile.
  • Website Form Deletion: Requests submitted via the form on this page are processed within 7 business days.
  • Post-Deletion Retention: Once processed, no personal account data or authentication tokens are retained on our servers. There is no additional retention period for deleted account credentials.
