Data Deletion Process

We respect your privacy and data autonomy. If you wish to stop using VeriStock Pro, read how data deletion works:

Method 1: In-App Self-Serve Deletion (Recommended)

This is the fastest way to clear your credentials. In the Android App:

  1. Open VeriStock Pro and click on Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the About App section.
  3. Click the Delete Account button.
  4. Confirm the prompt. This deletes your credentials and cloud authentication links immediately.

What gets deleted?

  • Firebase Authentication profile: Deleted permanently.
  • Cloud session sync links: Voided immediately. Previous backups stored on Google Drive become unlinked.
  • Local Database: Your local database remains on your device. To delete it, simply uninstall the app from your device.

Processing Window

Requests submitted via the website request form on the right require manual database verification and will be executed within 7 business days.
