⚠️ STATUTORY TAX & GST DISCLAIMER: VeriStock Pro provides financial summary tools, GST liability matrices, and GSTR-1 CSV exports for informational and internal auditing purposes only. Users, Business Owners, and Chartered Accountants remain solely responsible for verifying tax computations and complying with statutory GST return filing deadlines under applicable GST laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VeriStock Pro Android application, cloud sync services, or the CA Web Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the services immediately.

2. User Responsibilities & Data Input Integrity

VeriStock Pro computes P&L figures, tax totals (CGST, SGST, IGST), and ledger balances strictly based on data entered by business staff and synced from registered POS devices. VeriStock Pro is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect data entry, unposted transactions, or manual overrides.

3. Cloud Sync & Multi-User Access

Business owners are responsible for managing staff access, issuing invites, and restricting role permissions (Owner, Manager, Biller, Technician, CA Auditor). Access to the CA Web Portal is strictly limited to authorized personnel associated with the registered Business ID.

4. Intellectual Property & System Architecture

The VeriStock Pro software architecture, double-entry financial ledger logic, calculation engines, and web portal designs are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction of backend APIs is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeriStock Pro and SM Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, statutory penalties, or loss of profits arising out of the use or inability to use the software or web audit portals.

6. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
