1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the VERISTOCK PRO mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
This software is a Business-to-Business (B2B) ERP and invoicing software utility, intended solely for merchants, retailers, and commercial repair store operators.
2. License and Usage
SM Technologies grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to run VeriStock Pro on compatible Android hardware devices in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source files from the application package.
- Redistribute, lease, sell, or copy the software binary without direct written authorization from us.
- Use the app for illegal activities or in violation of regional commerce regulations.
3. Data Ownership, Cloud Sync & Security
VeriStock Pro is built on a Hybrid Offline-First data architecture. All operational inventory logs, billing invoices, accounting entries, and customer contacts are processed and encrypted locally on your Android device (SQLCipher 256-bit AES), and automatically synchronized to private Google Cloud / Firebase Firestore collections for multi-user store management. Consequently:
- Cloud Synchronization: When connected to the internet, write-ahead outbox mutations sync in real-time to your private multi-tenant Firestore security domain (
businesses/{bizId}/*). - Device Security: You are responsible for configuring locking credentials and biometric security on your Android handsets to prevent unauthorized access to local encrypted databases.
- Staff & Role Governance: Business owners are responsible for inviting, managing, and revoking staff role accounts (Owner, Manager, Salesman, Technician, Accountant, CA) within the app or web portal.
⚠️ Statutory Tax & GST Audit Disclaimer
VeriStock Pro provides financial summary tools, GST liability matrices, and GSTR-1 CSV exports for informational and internal auditing purposes only. Users, Business Owners, and Chartered Accountants remain solely responsible for verifying tax computations and complying with statutory GST return filing deadlines under applicable GST laws.
Access to the CA Web Portal (`https://veristock-ad58d.web.app`) is provided under strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Business owners remain responsible for revoking staff and CA access tokens when appropriate.
4. B2B Subscriptions and Partner Licensing
Basic inventory tracking and local printing features are offered at no cost. Advanced enterprise bundles (Cloud Sync, matrix variant layouts, customized reports) require license activation codes. These codes are distributed exclusively through SM Technologies authorized business partners and local distributors. No digital content or media is sold directly inside the Google Play App.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The application is provided "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS," with no express or implied warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all thermal printers, scanner models, or customized Android ROMs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, in no event shall SM Technologies or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruptions, data corruption) arising out of the use or inability to use this software. In any case, our total liability is capped at the subscription amount paid by you in the preceding 6 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
