A job card captures: customer name, phone number, device brand and model, serial number or IMEI, problem reported by customer, device lock code (stored securely), cosmetic defects (screen crack, dent, etc.), accessories received (charger, case), estimated delivery date, advance amount received, and assigned technician. Photos of defects can be attached from the camera.

You set a commission rate (fixed ₹ amount or % of labour charge) per technician or per service type. When a job is closed, the commission is auto-calculated. Monthly commission reports list all jobs completed by each technician with total earnings — making salary settlements straightforward.

You create an AMC contract for a customer covering a specific device (e.g., Air Conditioner, CCTV system). Set contract start date, end date, number of service visits included, and contract value. Each service visit is logged against the AMC. When the AMC is nearing expiry or visits are exhausted, the app alerts you for renewal.

Yes. Spare parts are registered as inventory items. When closing a repair job, you select parts used and they are automatically deducted from inventory. Low-stock alerts ensure you reorder before running out of critical parts. Parts cost is auto-included in the final customer invoice.
